I will send you, via email, photos and descriptions of homes/properties that fit your description of your needs, so you don't have to look thru pages and pages of things that simply will not work for your situation.
Also, when I receive your completed questionnaire, not only will I begin looking for your home, I will send you a FREE BUYER'S PACKAGE, full of information about the area, maps, schools, utilities, etc.

At your request, I will provide you with a questionnaire that will help me develop a FREE MARKET ANALYSIS for your home. The market analysis is not an appraisal, but a comparison of homes which have been listed in your area and the results of that listing--whether they sold, expired, relisted, etc.
